PRLog (Press Release) - Aug 22, 2011 - Guests will have the opportunity to feed their curiosity and cure their fears at the 2011 BEST of Fall Home Show, presented by Rosati Windows. From giant hissing Madagascar cockroaches and hairy arachnids, to creepy foot-long millipedes and an emperor scorpion named Darth Vader, Dr. Insecta (a.k.a alfa romeo . Bill Maxwell) will bring his incredible insect zoo to the show. This f rc helicopter and car market place ormer US Navy diver turned artist, comedy magician and illusion designer will present a truly one-of-a-kind live-insect experience on Sunday, Sept. 11, from 2-4 p.m.
During Dr. Insecta's appearance, guests will have the opportunity to meet some of the coolest and most-often-feared insects in the world, up-close and personal. They will experience one-on-one interactions with the insects, learning unique and little-known facts about these gentle giants as part of Dr. Insecta's visit to the Kids Activity Zone at the show.
As a 30-year veteran of the stage, Maxwell has performed for a variety of companies, co ferrari rporations and organizations, motivating audiences through laughter and audience participation. Maxwell attributes his life's work in the art of magic to three influential masters of the craft: Harry Blackstone Jr., Doug Henning, and Howard Thurston, who coined the phrase, "Make sure they spell your name right!"
The BEST of Fall Home Show, in partnership with Ohio Mulch and Granite Transformations, opens Friday, Sept. 9, and runs through Sunday, Sept. 11, at the Ohio Expo Center. Show hours are Friday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Guests can stop by any Kroger location after Aug. 15 to receive complimentary ticke cadillac ts for themselves, their family and their friends.
